My Midnight Jester

Softly, with a wanting, I slide into the darkness… The shadow of a moonless night,

Naked and wandering, through Autumn leaves… Humming Patsy Cline to the forest,

Stroking lightly the bark of trees, of stones… The same way I caress your skin,

In the haven of our secret, my body smiles… Temptations of forbidden flesh,

Biting the apple, a shameless Eve… Such glories in abandon,

My name spoken in my ear, breathlessly… A prayer to this midnight Goddess,

Yes my harlot, my personal jester… Say it just one more time,

I’ll give it all, taste every flavor… And put a cherry on top.
